Photo Series From May. Fighting Against Ice.

May is the final contestant for the 2026 jewelry disposable camera series. For two years, May asked us to use a jewelry swap at our store to support a good cause, and we were happy to make it happen! @makeshiftmay

May is a member of GABRIELA New York, an organization of Filipino women based in Queens who connect their lives and experiences to the struggle for national democracy and liberation in the Philippines. @gabrielanewyork gabrielanewyork.org/

May is always helping fight against ICE. They wanted us to share that Raul Raagas was granted bond and is getting out of detention! If you can please make a donation to him and his family: gofundme.com/f/detained-by-ice-help-raul-and-his-family
